Marmaduke has been lovingly restored to retain its quaint characterful features of a cottage of its age and historic Grade 2 listing. The Yorkshire sash windows ,its beamed ceilings and original quarry tiled floors along gives this cottage the warm cosy feeling of welcoming its guests.
The kitchen has bespoke pine kitchen units, with a belfast sink, electric oven with hob, washing machine and fridge freezer and microwave .

The cosy country style sitting room is a cosy retreat from a day's exploring with a sofa and two armchairs in which to sit and watch TV or read a book or simply put your feet up .
The cottage has one double bedroom to the front facing a quiet lane with built in wardrobes.
The smaller cottage style single bedroom overlooks the garden.
The cottage has steep stairs. Please note at the moment we do not allow an open fire.
In keeping with the style of the cottage the bathroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet as it has a sloping roof we are unable to fit a shower.
Outside the rear garden is south facing ,and the perfect place to have that morning coffee. A paved area with seating joins a flower bed of roses and summer flowers with a lawn .The garden shed has space for bikes .
